Venue Rules:

Ages Two and Older Require Ticket  *Note: Costumes not permitted for guests 14 years & older

All persons entering a Core Entertainment venue 13 years of age and under must be accompanied by a companion 16 years of age or older.

Children under the age of 2 years old, do not require a ticket but must sit on a guardian's lap.

ACG Terms & Conditions: 

Transportation, parking and any other costs or fees are the sole responsibility of the participant.

Supervision of children/youth is the sole responsibility of parents/guardians and caregivers.

This event may contain special effects that may be difficult for those with sensory issues and therefore, may not be appropriate for everyone.

How to get your tickets after purchase:

Tickets will be available to pick up in Guelph between March 8th - 20th at one of our upcoming events, or from one of our volunteers. If you select this option you will receive a follow-up email on March 1st to set up your pick-up arrangements.

If you would prefer to have your tickets mailed to you, we will be sending them out on March 9th. 

Note: There is no additional cost to have your tickets mailed.
